Kimberlee Bridges joined The Customer Connection (TCC) in 2007 as an Account Executive. She brings with her over twenty years of experience in Sales & Marketing. She is a highly experienced marketing professional with expertise in Loyalty programs and Database marketing and has earned a reputation of building lasting relationships with her clients because she finds solutions that fits her clients’ needs. Prior to joining TCC, Kimberlee was the U.S. Regional Sales Manager at Dynamic Instruments for seventeen years. There, she helped lead corporate business development and product sales for digital voice recording systems predominately in the law enforcement industry and other industries that needed to record voice for liability purposes. Kimberlee holds a BS in Business Marketing, and an AS in Quality Management. She enjoys playing many sports and loves the outdoors.

Luke McConnell

Head of IT/V.P.

Luke McConnell is a six year military veteran, and graduated from San Diego State University with a BSME. After college he worked for five years at Sony before coming to work at The Customer Connection in 2002.

Sheri Morton

Operations/Human Resources/V.P.

Sheri began working with Judd Goldfeder in 1981 at Swensen’s Ice Cream. When Judd went on to open The Birthday Business, the precursor to The Customer Connection, Sheri was right there with him. Over 30 years later, Sheri has become an integral part of all day to day activities. Currently working as both the Director of Operations and Human Resources, Sheri manages a team of individuals and works with all departments within TCC.

She lives in Escondido and is happily married to David Morton with whom she has two sons, Brian and Scott.
